Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Shipping rates & delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within the continental United States after your order ships. Delivery times may vary during high-volume periods (holidays, sales events).

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package's progress.

Shipping restrictions
We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the US and would like to place an order, please contact us at urbanoudairnyc@gmail.com before ordering.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, or if it's significantly delayed, contact us at urbanoudairnyc@gmail.com and we'll help track it down.
