Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work at UrbanOudAirNYC.

Returns
We accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Because fragrances are personal-care products, we're unable to accept returns on any item that has been opened, used, or has a broken seal, for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to start a return
Contact us at urbanoudairnyc@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll provide instructions on how to send your item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original (per the policy above) and place a new order.
